It's just been announced that Senate employees can leave by 1pm today because of "inclement weather."

I have to figure out a way to get home after this post; and considering the ankle-deep obstacle course I went through this morning just to hear the announcement that work would be suspended, i really have to fish-hook myself silly for forgetting to bring an extra pair of socks (which i occassionally do on wet workdays, really).
We suck at everything, including being in a tropical country (keyword: uh, rain).
